Services Provided: Mega Design Pro delivers local digital marketing services, including Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads (PPC) setup and maintenance, website design, reputation management, and lead generation solutions.
Billing & Retainer Terms: All service packages (Starter, Growth, Dominate) are billed on a recurring month-to-month basis in Canadian Dollars (CAD). There are no mandatory long-term commitments or lock-in contracts; services may be cancelled prior to the next scheduled billing cycle.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New client accounts are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial start date if specified deliverables and baseline service terms are not met.
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and necessary account access (e.g., Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website hosting) required to perform optimization and marketing tasks.
Intellectual Property & Content: All content, designs, and landing pages created for the client become client property upon full settlement of associated invoices, excluding proprietary internal marketing frameworks, proprietary code libraries, and software tools.
Limitation of Liability: Mega Design Pro is not liable for third-party platform algorithm shifts, external advertising policy updates (such as Google Ads account suspensions outside our control), or indirect losses resulting from third-party outages.
